Refund policy
Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so, provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund and RETURNS requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- The product must be in the original packaging
- The product must be unused
- The product must not be damaged
To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the evidence above of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
To return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returns can be mailed to FEMME OPEN AB, KOMMENDÖRSGATAN 31 B, 11458 STOCKHOLM. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs concerning the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to inspect it reasonably, then we may reject a refund.
Refund requirements for tournaments
By purchasing a ticket to one of our tournaments, you are responsible for finding a padel partner. We can help to find you a matching partner, but ultimately, it is your responsibility.
If you, for any reason, do not show up on the day of the tournament without prior communication to the Femme Open team, we will not be able to refund you the ticket.
In case of illness, we need a medical certificate to provide a refund. We also encourage you to find a replacement player to take your spot.
